Rental & Cancellation Policy

For a reservation, we require a deposit equal to a minimum of one night’s rent or 50% of the reservation total, whichever is higher. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Prices subject to change.

RV Sites

48 hour notice for return of deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Cabins

14 day notice for return of deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Groups (5 or more accommodations) 30 day notice for a return of deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee.

No refunds for early departures.

Pet policy: Dogs may stay in cabins with manager approval.
A fee of $5.00 per day will be charged.

Check-in: 2:00pm; Check-out: 11:00am.

All daily and weekly rental accommodations are subject to 7% Montana State Accommodations Tax.
