NOTICE – BEGINNING JULY 6TH, FACE MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY INTO THE YELLOWSTONE HOLIDAY RESORT OFFICE, WHICH INCLUDES THE FRONT OFFICE/STORE/LAUNDRY/SHOWERS/RESTROOMS. THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR ALL AGES, ANYTIME OF DAY, REGARDLESS WHETHER YOU ARE CHECKING-IN, SHOPPING IN THE STORE, OR DOING YOUR LAUNDRY. PLEASE WEAR YOUR MASK. WE DO NOT SUPPLY FACE MASKS, SO PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN.

We will begin taking reservations for the 2021 summer season at 8:00 AM, Mountain time on November 1, 2020. You can easily make your reservation from this website. Reservations will also be taken by phone at 406-646-4242.

Rental & Cancellation Policy

Payment in full is required when making your reservation. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Prices subject to change.

RV Sites

48-hour notice for return of deposit payment, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Cabins

14-day notice for return of deposit payment less a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Groups (5 or more accommodations) 30-day notice for a return of deposit payment, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.

No refunds for early departures.

Late cancellations: Late cancellations are, in most cases, those canceled after 12:00 (midnight) 48 hours (RV Sites) or 14 days (Cabins) before arrival. In these cases, a $25 cancellation fee PLUS the first night’s stay will be charged. Cancellations for a single night’s stay will not be assessed the $25 service fee but will forfeit that night’s stay.

Pet policy: Dogs may stay in cabins with manager approval.
A fee of $25 for the length of the stay will be charged.

Check-in: 2:00pm; Check-out: 11:00am.

All accommodations are subject to 7% Montana State Accommodations Tax.
